How many people can I invite?
It depends on your plan: one person on Free, five on Starter and twenty on Growth.
What happens when someone leaves?
Deactivate their account. Their past work stays in the activity log, and they can no longer sign in.
Can I control exactly what a role sees?
Yes. Custom roles are built from individual permissions — for example, view bookings but not payments.
I run an agency. Can I manage several businesses?
