Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Vrilo to run your rental business. Please read them before you create an account.

Who we are
Vrilo provides software for rental businesses: websites, online booking, inventory, payments, documents and the tools around them. "Vrilo", "we" and "us" mean the provider of this service. "You" means the person or business using it. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe, and only give access to people you trust, using the roles and permissions provided. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team's accounts. Tell us straight away if you think someone has gained access without permission.
Your business and your customers
Vrilo is a tool you use to run your business. Your rentals, prices, policies and dealings with customers are yours, and the contract for each rental is between you and your customer. Vrilo is not a party to it and does not own, inspect or supply your items.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, including those on consumer rights, tax, data protection, safety, insurance and licensing. Your website comes with starter rental terms and a privacy policy. These are only a starting point, and it is up to you to make sure they suit your business.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vrilo to break the law, offer illegal or dangerous goods, mislead or defraud anyone, infringe other people's rights, send spam, or upload harmful code. Do not try to access other businesses' data, get around plan limits or security measures, overload the service, or resell it without our agreement. We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably need to.
Plans and billing
Vrilo offers a free plan and paid plans, each with its own limits and features, shown on our pricing page and in your account. When you reach a limit, you can upgrade or reduce your usage.
Each payment buys one billing period, monthly or yearly. We do not store your card, so paid plans do not renew automatically: you renew from your billing page before the period ends. If you do not, your account moves to past due with a grace period, and may then be suspended. Prices may change, and any change applies from your next payment after we have told you about it.
Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable. You can stop your plan at any time and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments from your customers
You connect your own account with a payment provider, and money from your customers goes to that account. We do not hold your funds. Your use of a payment provider is governed by its terms, and you are responsible for refunds, chargebacks, deposits and any fees it charges.
Your content
Your content stays yours: your business details, products, images, website and customer records. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only as needed to provide and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
Our service
Vrilo, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. You may use it for your business while your account is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
We work to keep Vrilo reliable, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change or improve features. If you connect third-party services such as payment, email or domain providers, they are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using Vrilo at any time. We may suspend or close an account for unpaid fees or if these terms are seriously broken, and we will try to give you notice where we reasonably can. A suspended website stops taking bookings. We do not delete your data because a payment failed. If you want to take your data with you or have it removed, email us.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide Vrilo as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we give no promise that it will meet every need or be free of errors, and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or disputes between you and your customers. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover us for claims that arise from your business, your content or your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is significant, we will tell you in advance. By continuing to use Vrilo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
